Kenny asked:

In other words, say an internet forum owner who lives in Chesapeake, VA decides to take advertising money, from online gambling sites deemed illegal by the US Justice Dept.

Wouldn’t his profiting from those illegal gambling sites be breaking some federal laws?

It is illegal now for an offshore gambling site to do business with US residents. So, wouldn’t it also be illegal for a US resident to be profiting from the promotion of those illegal sites, to US citizens who post on his forum?

Does anyone know if the internet gambling websites addressed the recent legislation pass by the House of Representatives to ban internet gambling?

What do think this will do to the industry?

Edit:

In Wisconsin you can legally be in a bar, and drink if you have a parent or gaurdian present.
